Description

GoldKernel Extra Virgin Olive Oil is pressed within hours of harvest from olives picked at just the right moment of ripeness – early enough for a bold, green, peppery character, late enough for a smooth fruity roundness.

First cold pressing at below 27°C protects the polyphenols and delicate aromatics, giving an oil with notes of fresh cut grass, green tomato and almond, and the signature peppery tickle at the back of the throat that tells you the antioxidants are still there.
