Harvest Farm Sweet Peas are picked at dawn when the pods are at their sweetest and flash-frozen within 150 minutes of harvest – locking in the fresh-picked flavour and nutrients that are often lost on the journey from field to plate.

To cook: no need to thaw – simply drop into boiling water for 2-3 minutes, or microwave straight from the freezer. Great as a side, stirred through risottos and pasta, or blitzed into a vibrant pea and mint soup.
Net weight: 1kg. Keep stored at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
