Description

Golden Hour captures everything we love about Colombian coffee – sweetness, balance and a soft, lingering finish.

Grown at 1,600-1,900 metres in the highlands of Huila, these washed Arabica beans are medium-roasted to bring out caramel, red apple and gentle orange zest notes with a brown-sugar sweetness and clean, silky body.

• Single-origin, 100% Arabica – traceable to smallholder farms in Huila, Colombia
• Roast level: medium (3/5) – low bitterness, high sweetness
• Ground for filter, pour-over and cafetiere
• Roasted in small batches, packed immediately with a one-way freshness valve

Brew tip: start with 60g of coffee per litre of water at 93°C and adjust to taste.

Net weight: 250g. Once opened, store in an airtight container away from light and use within 4 weeks for peak flavour.
